What FlowGenius will never do
AI planning tools earn trust by what they refuse to do. These are FlowGenius’s standing commitments — not aspirations, but how the product is built.
It never overwrites your work
FlowGenius proposes; you decide. Every draft goes through generate, review, apply — and applying creates a new version of your run of show while every previous version is kept. There is no code path where a draft replaces something you built.
It labels every assumption
Missing something essential — your event’s duration, the audience size, a conversion ask? It stops and asks. Missing something optional? It proceeds and labels the assumption right above the draft, with a link to set the real value. Assumed inputs are never dressed up as facts.
It never invents facts or statistics
No fabricated numbers, no phantom studies. When FlowGenius talks about outcomes it says “tends to,” because that’s the truth. Every recommendation traces to a written rule, your event’s inputs, or a labeled assumption.
It never acts alone
FlowGenius doesn’t auto-send, auto-publish, or auto-apply anything. No message leaves, no schedule changes, and nothing surprises your crew on show day without a human pressing the button.
No fantasy precision
Predictions come as bands — WEAK, FAIR, STRONG, PRIME — with reasons, never as a made-up percentage. As real events run on the platform, the bands get grounded in real results and shown as ranges, but only once the data has earned it. A number never travels without its reasons.
From our founder
Our algorithm is based on years of hands-on event programming and experience. FlowGenius is built to help your event succeed — but it isn't an exact science, and many smaller factors will affect your overall results. Think of it as a veteran event strategist looking over your shoulder, not a guarantee.
That disclaimer appears inside the product too, right where FlowGenius works — we’d rather set expectations honestly than oversell a tool you depend on.
