Ten years of events. Seven countries. One missing tool.
The team behind Planet Events (founded by Guillermo Orellana) spent a decade in marketing, planning, logistics, and production — hundreds of real events across the US, Mexico, Canada, Korea, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Japan. Different languages, different industries, same realization: the software managed the attendees. Nobody optimized the event.
Registration counted people. Project boards tracked tasks. But the thing that decided whether the night worked— what happens on stage, in what order, at what energy — lived in a spreadsheet and a veteran’s gut.
FlowGenius is ten years of judgment written down as rules an AI can apply: how audience energy actually moves, why some schedules die after lunch, where a big ask has to sit to land. It’s a versioned ruleset, checked against research on how audiences behave and pressure-tested by working show-runners. And it’s public: read where its judgment comes from →
The rule we refuse to break: it never guesses, and it never overwrites. It proposes. You decide.
