FlowGenius: generate, review, apply
FlowGenius drafts a complete run of show from your event’s inputs — sections, blocks, energy arc, and the reason behind every placement. The flow is always the same three steps: generate, review, apply. Nothing is written to your show until the last one.
What it works from
The left panel on the FlowGenius page shows exactly what it’s reading: your event type, audience, timing, vibe, call to action, must-haves, speakers with their energy ratings, and your immovable times. Edit any of it from there before generating.
A few inputs are essential enough that FlowGenius asks rather than guesses: the event’s start and end times, the audience size, and — when your event has a conversion goal — the call to action itself. Everything else it will work around.
Labeled assumptions
When an optional input is missing, FlowGenius proceeds and tells you what it assumed — each assumption is listed above the draft with a link to set the real value. You’ll never have to wonder which parts of a draft rest on facts you gave it and which rest on a reasonable guess.
The outlook band
Every draft gets an outlook: WEAK, FAIR, STRONG, or PRIME — a call-to-action outlook if your event has a conversion goal, a show outlook otherwise. Alongside the band you get the top reasons in plain English and the one or two highest-impact fixes. It’s a band, not a percentage, on purpose: we don’t show precision the data hasn’t earned.
The band recalculates live. Dismiss a block and the outlook and projected energy arc update instantly; restore it and they update again. Reviewing and reshaping a draft is free — it never counts against any limit.
Warnings never block you
If a draft bends a rule — a hard anchor without a break near it, two low-energy blocks back to back — FlowGenius flags it as a warning and lets you decide. It will tell you what a choice costs, but it will never refuse to let you make it. You’re the operator.
Applying — and the beta limit
Review block by block, dismiss anything you don’t want, then apply. Applying creates a new run-of-show version with the blocks you accepted; every previous version is kept, untouched. There is no way for a draft to overwrite your work.
During beta, each organization can generate up to 25 drafts per day (the counter resets at midnight UTC). It’s a safety cap, and reviewing, dismissing, and restoring blocks never counts toward it — only fresh generations do.
