Exporting the crew PDF
When it’s time to put the schedule in your crew’s hands, export it as a PDF. Open your event, switch to the “Run of Show” tab, and click “↓ Crew PDF” in the toolbar. The download starts immediately, with no setup and no options screen. Every seat can export, including viewers.
This is the internal document. If what you need is the handout for guests, that’s the other export and it has its own builder; see “The guest agenda, and which export you want.”
What’s on it
This is the full-detail crew document: every section and every block of the current run of show, including crew-only blocks and transitions that guests never see. Each block prints with its wall-clock time, duration, type, speaker, room, energy level, and notes. Crew-only blocks are clearly flagged so nobody reads an internal cue as a public agenda item.
The header carries your event’s name, organization, venue, and date, plus the run-of-show version number and the moment the PDF was generated, so on show day there’s never a question about whether a printout is current.
Event branding
The PDF is branded: if your event has brand colors set, its header and accents use them; otherwise it ships in the Planet Events palette. Either way it’s a clean, letter-format document your production team can print, annotate, and tape to the tech table.
