Exporting the crew PDF
When it’s time to put the schedule in your crew’s hands, export it as a PDF. Open your event, switch to the “Run of Show” tab, and click “↓ Crew PDF” in the toolbar. The download starts immediately — no setup, no options screen. Every role can export, including viewers.
What’s on it
This is the full-detail crew document: every section and every block of the current run of show, including crew-only blocks and transitions that guests never see. Each block prints with its wall-clock time, duration, type, speaker, room, energy level, and notes — and crew-only blocks are clearly flagged so nobody reads an internal cue as a public agenda item.
The header carries your event’s name, organization, venue, and date, plus the run-of-show version number and the moment the PDF was generated — so on show day there’s never a question about whether a printout is current.
Event branding
The PDF is branded: if your event has brand colors set, its header and accents use them; otherwise it ships in the Planet Events palette. Either way it’s a clean, letter-format document your production team can print, annotate, and tape to the tech table.
