The private beta and the waitlist
Planet Events is prelaunch and in private beta: a limited number of organizations, running real events, on the real platform. We keep the circle small on purpose. Every beta event tells us something we need to fix or build, and we’d rather hear it from a few people closely than a lot of people vaguely.
How invites work
Access is by invite. We email the waitlist when the beta opens, and we pick who to invite — there is no queue position and no promise of access. Sign up at planetevents.io/waitlist with just your email.
The waitlist gets you three things: an email from us when the beta opens, an early look inside FlowGenius, and a real say in what the beta becomes. We’re not publishing plans or pricing yet, and we would rather say nothing than name a number we might have to walk back. When we do publish, we email the waitlist.
Platform health
We know exactly what’s at stake when software runs a live event. You can check the platform’s live health any time at planetevents.io/status: real checks against production for the site, database, sign-in, and FlowGenius. Inside the app the same board sits behind the Status row in the sidebar. We have no automatic alerting yet, so a red light there is something you may well see before we do — the page says so, and asks you to tell us.
Where we are, in public
What’s built, what’s being built, and what we are deliberately not promising all live on one page at planetevents.io/roadmap. It names our open user-reported bugs out loud and it’s edited in the same commit as the product, so it’s the page to check rather than asking us.

Questions, feedback, or something this Help Center didn’t answer? Go to planetevents.io/contact. It asks for the few things that save a round trip, most importantly how close your event is, and if your show is happening right now there is a lane called Runner that is read before everything else. During beta, mail goes straight to the founder, and beta partner feedback shapes what we build next.
